I wouldnt recommend these vets ever! The vet i saw with my dog was rude and not very nice. I left feeling hotrible, Wanting to charge the earth for treatment, didnt even check my dog over properly found a much nicer vets that actually cared for my dog and gave amazing advice for half the price. But cared about my dog and not the money.

The male vet and two nurses I dealt with were both wonderful. My cat was a stray so was not too pleasant for his first vet visit experience but they were so good with him. Whilst being very professional they were so caring towards him, although he wasn’t being too nice back. They were so helpful and genuine, they were treating work like it was their own practice. Rare to find and I am so grateful I have signed up here. Reccomend highly

I have used Haygate for many years Recently however not good Vets who talk down to you One vet cornered my dog to examine him Really? Very young vets recently who don't seem to know what they are doing Recently the vet had an observer with her a young lad Didn't introduce him or say why he was there Could have been the reason my dog cowered in a corner as he is frightened of males Will not be going back ever

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Madeley branch. We have been registered with Haygate years and we have always been highley satisfied with both service and care for all of our pets. I didnt manage to get the ladies name who attended to our old and poorly hamster Oreo on Saturday (6th April 2024). Unfortiantly, we had to have our sweet Oreo put to rest due to old age and him having cancer and an infection. All our pets are treated as our family, and on the day we had to take Oreo in to be laid to rest, I coulnt of asked for more from the vet in question. Both myself and my daughter were utterly heart broken and in floods of tears, but thanks to the lady vet who looked after us, she made such a distressing visit so much more comforting. She was gentle, understanding, kind, and brought me such words of comfort and for that, we are forever gratefull. Thank you so much, top service/care and we wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Leah.

Although it wasn't a nice experience as I had to have my lovely cat Mica put to sleep, the staff were very supportive, showed empathy and explained everything. They didn't rush me and let me have time. Would recommend the clinic.

We are so impressed with the service at Madeley. They bend over backwards to help you and will always make time for you. We were new to kittens and they helped give brilliant advice and always welcome our questions and eager to help. Our kittens needed an appointment and they called other practices to ensure we got the appointment we needed. Efficient and professional. They put the animals first. Thank you everyone.
