Your pets will be in the safest of hands here. Everything is on site, meaning that you can get everything you need done in the one go. For example, you can get blood tests done for thyroid function and get the results within 30 minutes so that you can go home with the treatment you need to make your pet feel better on the same day. The vet skill level at this practice is exemplary meaning that it would be an excellent, forward thinking, place for a new vet/vet nurse to work. Good luck for the future. I know it will be a bright one for you. Thank you for looking after us.

Southwater are not my usual vets, my kitten had two visits to this surgery and I was very impressed with the service all round - front desk team, nurses and the vet I dealt with were helpful, friendly and informative. Thank you from me & Ziggy for making the visits easy for both of us!

Excellent compassionate treatment for our beloved cat Penny. After a swift (as theatre on site) and effective operation on her tongue, she is now recovering well. Couldn't ask for better care for her. The receptionists welcomed us and put our minds at rest that she would get the best treatment. Thank you Carwyn and Leanne xx

Very lovely staff, it was our first visit and what a surprised they have a cat corner ( waiting room) where you can put the carriers cages rather than keep them on the floor. Nice peaceful corner to prevent from stressing cats too much from noise and dogs wandering around! Lovely staff! Recommend and very glad to find them also very good parking !
