We haven't had cause to visit a vet for some time but we're very happy with the service we received. Receptionist was pleasant the vet was also very helpful. We came away pleased that the problem with our cat had been dealt with very satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend.

The best vets in Telford! We seen a lovely guy who was knowledgeable and didn't try to overcharge us like some vets do. We was so happy with this gentleman we've specifically asked for him again when we next return with our little dog in 10days. He was so good with him, attentive and explained everything really well to us. I'd recommend them to anyone who want a genuine vets practice.

This is by far the best veterinary practice I’ve ever been to. Jo on reception was absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. You can really tell she loves her job, and the way she interacts with the animals is wonderful—they clearly adore her. The clinic itself is spotless, and there’s none of that unpleasant smell you often notice in other vets. For the first time ever, my dog wasn’t shaking with fear, which says everything about the calm and caring environment. The vets themselves are fantastic, and the level of treatment and aftercare is outstanding. I honestly couldn’t recommend this practice more—it truly is the best!
