Storm is a rescue Staffie from the RSPCA whose had a sad start in life in his early years with the previous owners even cutting off his tail. Storm is a wonderful dog with a lovely temperament who loves people, adults and children alike. Storm has been with us for 6 years now, but he became ill last June 2023 with an unknown virus affecting his red blood cell count making him anaemic, which nearly ended his life. Luckily, we were registered with the St. Georges Veterinary Surgery in Telford, part of the Lockwood Veterinary Group. Storm has been treated every month since then by the Veterinary Staff, the vet Michelle and Veterinary Nurses: Emma, Avril and Bryony with professional care and compassion, even when Storm is not always the ideal patient when he is anxious giving blood and having an injection for acute osteoarthritis. Although that said, he always loves the fuss and attention everyone gives him, to put him at ease. We are well informed at each consultation, and kept well up to date from any results from the Laboratory as soon as the results are known. With course of steroids over the last year is no longer anaemic and is almost back to full recovery. Storm is also a member of the Pet Health Plan which highly recommended for the benefits it offers. We thank everyone at Lockwood Veterinary Group for their kind, veterinary expertise and treatment of Storm. We have no hesitation in recommending St Georges Veterinary Surgery and Lockwood Veterinary Group to any pet owner.

Brilliant vets,we have used for years for our small furries and now our cat sweep, staff are lovely very caring and always go out there way to help. They take time to make every effort to calm and pet our cat before any treatment she actually has a nice bond with Avril and Emma. Waiting area is great as cats and dogs have segregated areas, Highly recommend

Their dedication and consideration made a difficult visit more bearable. Sadly my visit was to euthanise my feline friend of over 20 years but they made it a safe environment that was calming and peaceful for the sad situation. It truly is obvious how much they are motivated in their careers. If you want truly animal loving care providers for your animals. This veterinary surgery is the one to choose. Thank you
