I have been with this vets the whole of my dogs 10 years and although some of the vets have not known how to handle my big boy the most recent gent was AMAZING a born vet I'd say he was brilliant with him and it's the calmest I've seen my dog. Reception staff and nurses always lovely and love my floof but so impressed with the vet this time!!!

receptionists are lovely and friendly but cant say the same for the vet we have been seeing. the vet would hardly look over our sick elderly dog, and ended up paying almost £50 for the consultation just for us to be told hes old and theres nothing thats worth doing. no suggestions for what can be done moving forward or what could be the underlying issue. his health got worse in the few weeks after for symptoms we already spoke to the vet here about, and after seeking out another vet realised we shouldve left sooner.

What ever you do please AVOID this practice. I unfortunately had to have my dear cat put to sleep two weeks ago. She was put to sleep by the most disgusting cold vet I have ever met, I believe his name in Antonio. The remarks he made have left me with trauma these remarks include me saying “she was so well 2 days ago” the vet remarked while putting my cat to sleep “well she isn’t ok now”. He showed me twice (without being asked) how my cat will look while dying and went on to do an impression of a dying cat. During the appointment I asked him why he was so cold he said “because I’ve watched my uncle dies” he then began to insinuate that it was our fault our cat was getting put to sleep. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. He kept referring to her as “the animal”. When I spoke to clinical lead she said “the other members of the team said he dealt with the situation fine, the issue is there was no one there but me, my partner and the vet! There was so much more that I honestly wish I’d filmed it. We have now left the practice which is a shame as we loved the receptionist, the female vet and the black nurse. Honestly that vet needs to go he is sadistic and cold he needs some kind of break from work on his people skills and perhaps get some counselling for himself. Absolutely awful practice! Go to madley vets for pets they are wonderful.

We've been with Vets4Pets Telford for nearly 10 years, and they have been incredible in looking after our 15-year-old French Bulldog, Chief. While we sadly had to say goodbye to him earlier this month, we know that the team here played a massive part in giving us so many cherished years with our boy. Anytime we had any worry at all, we were at the vet. From the days when Gilles was Head Vet and Tracey was on reception, to all the wonderful ladies on reception now, we're so grateful for all you did. A huge shoutout to the new lead vet, Eva, whom we adore. She has a soft spot for golden oldies, and Chief greatly benefited from that! Chief started acupuncture treatments with her, which was really helpful for him. We always knew Chief was in great hands, and we're so thankful for all she did in his last few days. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tash, Veterinary Nurse, who treated Chief as if he were her own. Your kindness and messages meant so much! We used to visit the vets so frequently that it's going to feel strange not being there all the time, but we still have our cat who will continue to be cared for by them. Thank you to the whole team at Vets4Pets Telford for looking after our warrior. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion all these years.

Our recent encounter with Vets4Pets, in Telford, has left our family utterly devastated and disillusioned. We sought their services urgently when our beloved cat was suffering from a blocked bladder for the second time. However, the care provided by this establishment was shockingly negligent, ultimately resulting in the heart-breaking loss of our cherished companion. Upon admission at approximately 10 am, our cat underwent a procedure aimed at alleviating his distressing condition. To our dismay, Vets4Pets made the inexplicable decision to discharge him shortly thereafter, as they wanted to close early on a Saturday, despite the severity of his ailment. This premature discharge not only displayed a lack of understanding of the urgency of his situation but also disregarded the standard protocols for managing such cases effectively. Tragically, our cat's health deteriorated rapidly following his discharge, and he ultimately had to be put to sleep under the care of another out of hours veterinarian who was also dismayed by the lack of care Vets4Pets had provided. This devastating outcome could have been prevented had Vets4Pets exercised proper judgment and provided the necessary level of care and attention. Furthermore, the response from Vets4Pets following this tragic incident has been deeply disappointing. Rather than acknowledging their shortcomings and taking responsibility for their actions, they have shown a complete lack of remorse and have even attempted to deny the advice they provided us. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability only compound the distress caused by their negligent care. As pet owners who entrusted the well-being of our cherished companion to Vets4Pets, we are appalled by the disregard for basic standards of veterinary care demonstrated by this establishment. I am left questioning their competence and commitment to the welfare of animals in their care. We implore Vets4Pets to conduct a thorough review of their practices and protocols to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future. Additionally, we urge them to show compassion and integrity in their dealings with clients, especially in times of crisis. In memory of our beloved cat, we caution fellow pet owners against entrusting their pets' health to Vets4Pets until significant improvements are made to their standards of care and professionalism.
